This project is a representation of Cervantes’ masterpiece El ingenioso don Quijote de la Mancha. The AP Spanish Literature students created a children’s book in which they summarized and analyzed the main ideas exposed in the novel. The students then had to creatively advertise their book to make it appealing for reading and purchasing.

The Spanish for Spanish Speakers 3 students had to write a brief newscast. They were instructed to write an original event using the present tense. Students had 30 minutes to write the story, and present. The purpose of the activity was to focus on present tense narration, and presentation skills.

My AP Spanish Language students researched the background of some famous/legendary/important Hispanics. They worked as a group to put together a PowerPoint (served as background information) and they had the option to do their own interpretation of some part of the person’s life or write a scene where they interviewed that person.
